Mando Alternator for Life Fitness, Precor, and StarTrac exercise bikes

This alternator is a Mando brand replacement alternator compatible with most LifeFitness cardio machines, including cycles, stair and stepper machines. It also fits some Precor exercise bikes, and StarTrac cardio machines. Before purchasing, be sure to make sure this alternator is compatible with the equipment you have.

This component replaces Life Fitness OEM AK63-00093-0000; Startrac OEM 800-3122 and Startrac OEM 260-0182; and Precor: 38611-101, 40747-801 0017000090841. You may also want to test resistance on your Mando alternator before ordering a replacement:

1. Run a jumper wire from the Exc. post to the B+ post on the alternator.
2. Pedal unit for about a minute to build up resistance.
3. If the unit gives full resistance the alternator is good.
4. If there is no resistance then you might have bad brushes in the alternator or may need to replace alternator.
